Service Use
Wedding Wedge is a wedding decision-support platform. It helps users organize submitted planning details, compare risks, review possible hidden costs, and identify questions to ask before booking, signing, paying a deposit, or changing a major wedding decision.
You are responsible for checking all final pricing, contracts, venue/vendor policies, availability, travel details, local rules, taxes, fees, deadlines, and obligations directly with the appropriate provider or professional advisor.
Paid Access and Dashboard Features
Paid access may include report history, dashboard features, comparisons, vendor insight reports, guest-count tools, guest-list analysis, shared links, PDF/print views, and contract-review functionality depending on the active Wedding Wedge release.
- Reports are generated from the submitted decision snapshot and available processing rules at the time of creation.
- Saved reports and dashboard modules may change as features improve.
- Access may depend on accurate email entry, successful Stripe checkout, and valid account/session status.
Venue and Vendor Contract Review
Contract Review is designed to summarize uploaded venue or vendor documents, identify possible issues, and produce discussion points. It may cite cancellation, refund, payment, weather, vendor, guest-count, food/beverage, force majeure, liability, or deliverable concerns.
Contract Review is not a legal review, does not create an attorney-client relationship, and does not replace review by a qualified attorney. Users should have contracts reviewed by an attorney before signing or paying a deposit.
No Legal, Financial, Travel, Planning, or Professional Advice
Wedding Wedge reports, summaries, scores, flags, and recommendations are informational guidance only. They are not legal advice, financial advice, contract advice, travel advice, insurance advice, tax advice, or professional wedding-planning services.
Stripe Payments
Wedding Wedge uses Stripe for payment processing. Wedding Wedge does not store full card numbers. Payment metadata may be retained for accounting, tax, fraud prevention, access verification, and support.
Refund Policy
Because Wedding Wedge provides digital reports and dashboard access shortly after checkout, refunds are generally not automatic once a report has been delivered, accessed, or generated. Wedding Wedge may review support requests for duplicate payments, failed delivery, technical errors, or unusual payment issues.
Privacy, Cookies, and Data Rights
Privacy, cookie, retention, and data-rights details are maintained in dedicated pages so they are easier to find and update. Data-rights requests may be logged with a request tracking ID and hashed request metadata for manual review and audit readiness. Consent preference changes may also be logged in a privacy-conscious audit table with hashed visitor metadata.
Limitations
Wedding decisions can involve changing prices, contract terms, provider policies, weather, travel conditions, vendor availability, guest behavior, and local requirements. Wedding Wedge cannot guarantee a particular outcome, savings amount, venue result, vendor result, legal result, budget result, or planning result.
Support
For support, report access help, payment review, contract-review issues, or privacy/data-rights questions, use the Wedding Wedge support form.
